PATE SUR PATE PLAQUE. Plaque depicts a lovely maiden holding a bowl of fruit in her raised hand with a camel and palm tree in the background. The round depiction is surrounded with a bell flower design and the title “Asia” at the bottom. All done in white porcelain against a black porcelain background. Plaque is signed with artist’s initials “GJ” for George Jones. Plaque is housed in a contemporary frame with velvet liner. SIZE: Overall 13-3/4″ x 13-3/4″. Plaque is 7″ x 7″. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with a small chip to wood on corner of frame. 5-64410 (600-1,000)
