DONALD ALLEN MOSHER (AMERICAN, 1945 – ) WINTER IN ESSEX. Fine oil on canvas Cape Ann scene shows an area of tidal water which has frozen with broken ice. Wood docks are seen with a sailboat in drydock. Several houses are outside the tidal zone, all under a beautiful blue to pink sky with scattered clouds. Signed lower right.
