DAUM MARTELE UNDERWATER VASE. Spectacular Daum vase has acid cut underwater scene with vegetation, fish, lobster, crab and shrimp all in green and amber against an opalescent background. Entire background is finished in martele and some of the underwater vegetation, fish’s fins and lobster tail are highlighted with wheel carving. Signed on the underside with wheel carved “Daum Nancy” as well as carries remnants of retailer’s original paper label which reads impart “Majorelle Meubles D’Art Paris Nancy”. SIZE: 10-3/4” t.
