SET OF FOUR EXQUISITE STERLING CANDLESTICKS BY FRANK SMITH. Outstanding candlesticks have elaborate Rococo styling with scroll and leaf design with added cross hatching. Bases are engraved with an Egret with fish in mouth next to a rampant lion with branch having a banner below “Non Dormit Qui Custodit”. Underneath marked “2295 Sterling” with the company’s mark. Weighted candlesticks. SIZE: 10-1/4” h. CONDITION: Generally very good. There is one repair where base meets shaft on one which has put the shaft slightly off center. 9-29066 (2750-3750)
