*SCARCE LIMITED EDITION SIG SAUER MODEL P226 JUBILEE 125TH ANNIVERSARY SEMI-AUTO PISTOL WITH CASE. SN JP2929. Cal. 9 mm. Made only in 1985, this pistol has 4-1/4″ bbl with fixed sights and usual steel slide and anodized alloy frame with relief carved 2-pc walnut grips. Left side of slide is marked & highlighted in gold, “125 Jahre SIG (in an oval) Waffen 1860-1985” and “Made in Switzerland”. Right side of slide has the Sig Sauer name and model as “JP226” with the SN and “SIGARMS INC / Herndon-VA”. Bbl skirt has the model & caliber and right side of frame is marked with SN. The trigger, hammer, slide lock, decocking lever & magazine release are gold plated. Accompanied by its orig leather covered, tan ultrasuede lined hard case with combination lock in the front. Bottom of interior is form fitted for the pistol and has the nomenclature plate in left front. CONDITION: New & unfired. Box is equally new with a couple of tiny scuffs in lid. Interior of lid has three ink pen marks with some very minor oil staining around pistol recess. 4-39253 JR304 (1,250-1,750)
