17” BISQUE HEAD SWIVEL NECK FASHION. Unmarked but attributed to Jumeau. On gusseted, all leather body with blue glass paperweight eyes, pierced ears, and a hint of a smile. Wearing period, most likely all original, costume of black and faded pink silk (melting). Blond mohair wig with center part, upswept long curls tied into a bun topped with a matching hat of pink silk and black velvet. Ankle length high-heeled boots with side buttons, and a watch pinned to the jacket decorated with blue enameled flowers on the back side. CONDITION: Good quality bisque with minor speckling, body in overall good sturdy condition, costume shows signs of wear to the silk. RS 1-4423 (1,800-2,500)
