MARCEL LOUIS SAUVAIGE (French, -1927) FRENCH HARBOR SCENE. Large oil on canvas harbor scene shows two double mast boats with sails up in a tranquil harbor setting. Red roof stucco buildings are seen along a low horizon. Signed lower left “ML Sauvaige”. Housed in a fine period gilt carved wood frame. SIZE: 28” x 36”. CONDITION: Very good with some thin cleaned areas. Some minor inpainting. 9-29005 (1500-2500)
