GROUP OF CONTINENTAL TEA WARES. 18th & 19th century. 1) Sevres type demitasse in blue, decorated with birds within a gilt cartouche with a Sevres type mark in over-glaze blue. 2) An unmarked Paris porcelain cup and saucer. The saucer painted with a treed landscape. The cup decorated with a young flute player seated on a rock, all within gold bands. 3) A Meissen cup and saucer polychrome painted with a floral filled urn marked in under glaze blue with “1774-1817″ mark. 4) A floral decorated cup and tea bowl marked with a stork in under glaze blue, possibly Dutch. SIZE: 1) 2-1/4″ h. 2) 2-1/4″ h. (cup) 5” dia. saucer. PROVENANCE: From the private collection of Dorothy-Lee Jones. CONDITION: 1) Very good. 2) Tight hairline in cup with wear on gilding. 3) Very good. 4) Very good. 9-23323 (400-600)
