HANDEL DAFFODIL TABLE LAMP. Exceptional Handel table lamp has reverse painted shade with bright yellow daffodils with rich green leaves and stems set against a black panel of climbing leaves. The entire decoration is set against a soft green background and the shade is completed on the exterior with a chipped ice finish. Shade rests atop a wonderful art nouveau base with four squared feet leading to a bulbous body with raised art nouveau design surrounding the waist. The three light socket cluster is supported by a vertically ribbed stem. Base is finished with an open work fleur de lis heat cap. Shade is signed on inside edge “Handel 7122”. Base is unsigned. SIZE: Shade is 17-3/4″ dia. Lamp is 25-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Shade and base are very good to excellent. Base has some very minor wear and scratches to finish. 5-62502 (9,000-12,000)
