*WINCHESTER MODEL 12 PIGEON GRADE SKEET PUMP SHOTGUN. Cal. 28 ga. Fine rare Model 12 with 26” Winchester ventilated rib with round posts, red ivory front bead and silver middle bead, marked for 2-3/4” ammunition and also marked “SKEET”. The bottom of the magazine tube take down boss is engraved with a pigeon. The bolt and carrier are jeweled. The wood is nicely figured shell grain walnut with diamond checkered large forearm and capped pistol grip stock with Winchester black hard rubber buttplate. Accompanied by its original 2-piece cardboard box with yellow end label over stamped “SELECT WOOD”, “SPECIAL”, and “PIGEON”. The label further identifies this gun and has its serial number in the proper space. The box contains the original inside cardboard tubes and waxed paper with an instruction pamphlet, warranty card, and yellow/red hang tag. Ser. 1351493. CONDITION: Exceptionally fine, as new, retains virtually all its original finish to both metal and wood, appears unfired. The box is fine, oil stained and slightly soiled with a blown corner.
