CONTINENTAL FAIENCE HANGING BULB POT. Mid 19th century, possibly French. Floral decorated overall in underglaze blue and burnt orange with flared sides and scalloped edges. Drilled for hanging. Back marked in underglaze blue with stylized interwoven “C” and “M”. SIZE: 4-1/2″ h x 9-1/4″ l x 6″ d. PROVENANCE: From the private collection of Dorothy-Lee Jones. CONDITION: With multiple small chips in edges. Top overall with minute hairline cracks. Good overall. 9-23342 (400-600)
