WEDGWOOD FAIRYLAND LUSTRE IMPS ON A BRIDGE PLATE. Extremely nice Fairyland Lustre plate is decorated with the Imps on a Bridge pattern showing a line of maroon colored imps walking across a bridge with a green Roc bird flying above with a maroon imp in a green canoe floating below the bridge. Looking on from the right side is a large brown imp. The rim of the plate is decorated with the Twyford decoration in gold against a yellow background. The back of the plate is a sponge looking decoration in blues, purples and black. Signed on the back with Portland vase mark, “Wedgwood Made in England” and “W558”. SIZE: 10-1/2″ dia.
