*RARE PARKER VH TRY GUN. Cal. 12ga. Built on a No. 2 frame with 30” Vulcan steel bbls, choke FULL/IMP MOD with five holes drilled in the rib over the chamber area, probably from an old Nydar sight. Receiver is typical V-grade with only light border engraving. Stock with its many adjustments for length of pull, height and angel of comb and for cast on and cast off. Pull adjustment and comb adjustments are by means of knurled wheels while the cast and drop adjustments are by means of square keys. Trigger guard has been modified and reinforced to accommodate the adjustment screws. SN 178221. CONDITION: Very good. Bbls retain 95-96% strong original blue. Receiver and associated metal are a silver gray color with case colors on the water table. Wood is sound with the forearm retaining 15-20% original finish and showing moderate wear. Buttstock retains most of its original fine varnish with minor handling and use marks. Bores are bright and shiny with some plastic streaking. 4-48905 JR700 (10,000-15,000)
