TWO DECORATED BURMESE VASES. The two Burmese vases are decorated with Egyptian scenes; largest having an Egyptian warrior with shield and spear atop a camel with palm trees and pyramids in the background. Vase is finished with pinched corner mouth. The other vase features a warrior riding in a chariot with drawn bow being pulled by rearing horses. Chariot is followed by two servants with palm leaf fans and the back of the vase is decorated with palm trees and pyramid. Vase is finished with an hexagonal mouth. While these vases are beautifully decorated, we cannot find documentation of these examples and therefore cannot guarantee their age or authenticity. SIZE: 6″ and 3-3/8″ t respectively.
