OTIS PIERCE COOK (AMERICAN, 1900 – 1980) THE WHITE-HULLED SCHOONER. Oil on canvas harbor scene shows a three-masted, white hulled schooner moored alongside a large dock. A man in yellow slicker walks on right hand dock toward building and fishing boat. Signed lower left. Housed in a modern gilt wood frame with linen liner.
