*THREE US M-1 CARBINES. Cal. 30. 1) Quality HMC. SN 1552421. 2) Rock-ola. SN 4575352. 3) Quality HMC. SN 4656078. CONDITION: 1) Appears to be Quality hardware receiver with approximately 90% orig finish, retains orig flip sight with a flat blued bolt that has no markings on it whatsoever. The op rod is correct in 90% plus condition. The trigger housing assembly is entirely National Postal Meter. The bbl assembly is a Rock-ola dated 12-42 with the orig type-1 band and sling swivel. The bbl is in approximately 60% condition with bright shiny bore. Stock is a very early Rock-ola I-cut with flaming bomb in channel and large ordinance wheel on right side. Stock has some fairly heavy scratching and gouging on rear portion with forward of pistol grip being in very good condition. Upper hand guard is correct 2-rivet in very good condition with only slightest of marring. Bright shiny bore. 2) Refinished to dark Parkerizing throughout with sight, safety, and bayonet lug upgrades. Rifle is in a low wood stock with a arsenal rebuild mark “BA” over “CAB” with a fake “W” in sling channel. Hand guard is in sanded refinish condition but is the 2-rivet type. Bright shiny bore. 3) Quality hardware is typical upgrade, refinished entirely with scattered pitting retaining 90% of the re-Parkerization. Trigger group parts have not been upgraded but are Inland. Underwood bbl is a replacement as it has orig finish on it and the buttstock is coded “IR-IP” with a modified to low wood and I-cut. Stock does have an arsenal stamp “AAG” deeply struck in left side of receiver directly below rear sight. Upper hand guard shows new with the exception of three medium sized gouges approximately 1” in front of receiver in left side, hand guard is a 2-rivet type. Bright shiny bore. 4-57957 (1,200-2,200)
