*SMITH & WESSON PRE-MODEL 29 DA REVOLVER. Cal. 44 Mag. SN S177448. Fine early Model 29, 4-screw frame with 5” bbl, red ramp & white outline sights, target trigger & hammer with diamond checkered medallion magnum grips. Harris, Chicago, IL. Also accompanied by an original Smith & Wesson black leatherette covered presentation case with tools. CONDITION: Very fine to extremely fine. Retains 95-96% strong bright original blue with light muzzle wear and a faint cylinder line. Crisp mechanics and bright shiny bore. Grips are dark and retain virtually all their original factory finish with very minor diamond point wear. Box appears to have been for a 6” gun and has been relined. 4-51825 JR535 (600-1,000)
