Outstanding Patek, Philippe pocket watch has 18kt yellow gold open-face case with blue enamel border with a Greek Key design encircling the crystal as well as the outside edge of the back. Center of the back has engraved and blue enameled monogram “HLN”. Inside back dust cover has engraved border reading “No 155753. Made for Loring Andrews Co. Cincinnati by Patek, Philippe & Co. Geneva Switzerland”. The works are marked “No. 155753 Loring Andrews Co. Cincinnati Patek, Philippe & Co. Geneva Switzerland Eighteen 18 Jewels Eight (8) Adjustments”. Case is stamped “18k”.
