TIFFANY/PATEK PHILIPPE POCKET WATCH. Outstanding Patek Philippe pocket watch has simple 18kt yellow gold open-face case. Case is marked on inside of back cover “Patek Philippe & Co. Geneve Swiss. 18k 0.750”. Back of the case is engraved “To Walker With Love From Mom & Dad January 23, 1961”. Works are marked “No 892580 Patek Philippe & Co. Geneve Swiss. Eighteen (18) Jewels Adjusted to Heat Cold Isochronism and Five (5) Positions”. The cream colored face is marked “Tiffany & Co. Patek Philippe Geneve” and is finished with yellow gold 5-minute marks and yellow gold hands. Watch is complete with a 14kt yellow gold chain with gentleman’s pocket knife fob. The gentleman’s pocket knife is marked “14k Tiffany & Co”. Also included is a key fob with blue enameled triangle in center. SIZE: Watch is 1-5/8″ dia. Chain is approx. 13″ l. Knife is 2-1/4″ l.
