Blue finish, 5-screw frame, 6-1/2” bbl, red ramp & white outline sights, target trigger & hammer, with diamond checkered medallion magnum grips. Accompanied by an original relined black leatherette Smith & Wesson 1st year box with tools and a Model 29 instruction sheet. Also accompanies is a factory letter identifying this revolver as having been produced in May of 1956 and lists no disposition in the records. CONDITION: Extremely fine. All matching except the grips. Possibly unfired. Retains 96-98% strong bright original blue with very minor muzzle & sharp edge wear. Grips are extremely fine and are numbered to another revolver (#291071). Extremely fine mechanics; bright shiny bore.
