MARIA VERONICA LISZT (American, 1902-1992) HARBOR WITH LOBSTER BOAT. Oil on canvas depicting a Cape Ann Harbor with lobster boats and sailboats moored in calm water with buildings and trees on far shore. Signed lower right “M. Liszt”. Liszt was a second generation Gloucester artist and studied with A. T. Hibbard, Emile A. Gruppe etc. She was an active member of the North Shore Art Assoc. in Gloucester, Gloucester Society of Artists etc. Housed in its original gold frame. SIZE: 25” x 30”.
