DAUM NANCY CAMEO GLASS INSECT EWER. Rare and exceptional Daum ewer has pink vitrified cameo butterflies and dragonflies surrounding the long slender body of the ewer. The cameo decoration is set against a frosted, lightly acid-textured background which gives way to vitrified yellow, green and brown mottled glass at the bottom of the ewer and the foot. The ewer is finished with an applied glass handle. Signed on bottom with engraved signature “Daum Nancy” and the Cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 8-1/4″ t.
