*WINCHESTER MODEL 1873 LEVER ACTION MUSKET.

*WINCHESTER MODEL 1873 LEVER ACTION MUSKET. Cal. 44 WCF (44-40). SN 571169. Standard musket with 30” rnd bbl, full length magazine, three bands with square base front sight/bayonet lug and a 900 yard ladder rear sight. Mounted with nicely figured, uncheckered, straight grain, American walnut with full length forearm & straight stock with musket/carbine buttplate with trap. It has a sling loop on middle band and a corresponding loop on bottom of stock. CONDITION: Extremely fine, as new, appears to be unfired. Retains virtually all of its orig factory finish to both metal & wood. It has brilliant blue & case colors with a few small storage & handling nicks in the wood with a small gouge in forearm and a couple of tiny gouges on wrist.
