PAUL STRISIK (American, 1918-1998) “CAROLINE CHAPEL”. Oil on board landscape scene shows a white church with spire steeple and white fence. The scene is framed with trees under a colorful sky. Signed lower right “Strisik”. On reverse is an artist label with title, also a description of the church in Brookhaven on Long Island, NY. Housed in what appears to be its original partial gilt fancy frame with painted liner. Back also dated May, 1963″. SIZE: 12″ x 16″. CONDITION: Very good. 9-20282 (2,000-3,000)
