17” GLASS EYED SWIVEL NECK FASHION DOLL. Head unmarked, shoulder incised “F.G.” on left and “4” on right. Lovely pale blue eyes, finely feathered eyebrows, and pert smile on leather body gusseted at hips and knees. Appropriately redressed in red brocade dress with red velvet and black beaded trim, antique brown mohair wig over cork pate, and red velvet hat with green and brown feathers to decorate. CONDITION: Leather arms possibly replaced, head and shoulders most likely a marriage of German and French respectively. RS 1-3581 (900-1,200)
