ROCOCO CARVED WALNUT MARBLE TOP PARLOR TABLE, MANNER OF THOMAS BROOKS. Third quarter 19th century. The variegated buff turtle top marble set within a conforming molded frieze with figured panels, joined to the bulbous leaftip carved pedestal, raised on four heavily foliate-carved scrolling legs, raised on double casters. SIZE: 29″ h. x 47-1/2″ l. x 26″ w. PROVENANCE: From an extensive private Gulf Coast collection. CONDITION: Professionally cleaned old surface, retaining soft brown color.
