ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This rifle was manufactured in May of 1966 as denoted by the 5/66 marking on the left side of the magazine well. This is the first production run of the H.K. Model 41

*RARE H.K. MODEL 41 SEMI-AUTO RIFLE. SN 10B712. Cal. 7.62 Nato (308). Fine, ultra-reliable Heckler & Koch Model 41 with 18-1/2″ bbl, including flash hider. The metal is a black phosphate finish with protected post front sight and a 400 meter rear sight. Mounted with black synthetic buttstock, pistol grip & forearm. Left side of frame is marked “MADE IN GERMANY FOR / SANTA FE DIVISION / GOLDEN STATE ARMS CORPORATION / PASADENA-CALIFORNIA-U.S.A.” with the caliber marking below. In the top center is the Santa Fe logo. Safety is on the left side above the grip. Accompanied by an orig H.K. brown leather sling and one orig magazine. CONDITION: Extremely fine plus, all matching.
