ONE OF A KIND ARCADE UTILITY VEHICLE. Pictured in the Arcade catalog, this is the only known vehicle of its type that has surfaced to date. Purported to be a prototype and not ever produced. Quite unique in nature and similar to today’s airport utility truck with a rising rear bed to service the airplanes. This example has various positions (6) the rear bed can be adjusted to and two positions for the ladder to be placed in (facing forward or rear). Enameled in red with a green bed and nickel plated disc tires. Still retains Arcade decal on driver’s side. SIZE: 11″ l. PROVENANCE: From the collection of the late Larry Seiber of San Jose, CA.
