SCARCE “WIMPY” CELLULOID WINDUP. 1930’s Japan. Fantastic Sleepy eyed Popeye character toy with slumbering movement to upper body as he walks forward. Great colors with blue stripped pants, red neck tie, black lapelled jacket and bowler hat. SIZE: 7″ tall. CONDITION: Missing cane, otherwise excellent to near mint with strong original colors. No dents or breaks in celluloid. Windup working. 1-27569 (600-800)
