FINE POLYCHROME PAINTED AND CARVED PARKER CAROUSEL RUNNING HORSE. Carved from the solid with open mouth, having one glass eye and one jeweled eye, the flowing mane well detailed, the rear of the saddle carved with two dogs heads, having a white horsehair tail, the body blue, the saddle red, the saddle blanket yellow and green. Now mounted on a modern stand. SIZE: 41” h of horse x 74” approx. overall l, 12-1/2” w. CONDITION: With multiple coats of paint, filled seam cracks, some filler absent, repair to right rear proper leg, with missing wood chip. 9-74521 MD (3,000-4,000)
