*WINCHESTER MODEL 63 SEMI-AUTO RIFLE. Cal. 22LR. Standard grade rifle with 23” tapered round bbl, usual open sights, uncheckered wood with pistol grip stock and checkered steel buttplate. Grooved receiver. This is generally regarded as the finest semi-auto 22 rifle ever made. SN 72534. CONDITION: Very fine. Metal retains 98-99% strong bright original blue, slightly thin on bottom and top back edge of receiver with some very fine edge wear. Wood is sound and retains 96-97% original varnish with a couple of scratches to forearm and a couple of bruises on buttstock. Brilliant shiny bore. 4-48818 JR645 (750-1,000)
