*1903A1 SPRINGFIELD RIFLE.

*1903A1 SPRINGFIELD RIFLE. Cal. 30-06. SN 1487689. 24” bbl dated “5-34”. Gun appears to be nearly new condition with no significant wear to anything. CONDITION: Receiver retains 98-99% of its orig finish. Nickel/steel bolt with parkerized finish with a polished extractor & follower. Bbl has 99% of its orig finish as do both front & middle bands. Rifle has fine checkered buttplate & trigger guard & floorplate assembly show to be 98% condition. Stock is very good condition with no significant dents or mars & is equipped with a drawing board number. There is no cartouche but there is an arsenal storage stamp on it which is “OGFK” in a rectangular box. Circle “P” is very prominent though does not appear to be a Springfield Arsenal stamp. Bore is in as new condition, sights are orig & as new. 4-57798 BK27 (2,500-4,000)
