*MANNLICHER SCHOENAUER MODEL 1903 BOLT ACTION CARBINE. Cal 6.5MS. SN 12191. Tiny little carbine with 18” tapered rnd bbl, ramp front sight with ivory bead and two leaf 200 meter express sight. The chamber area and receiver have English proofs with the usual markings on the receiver ring and side of the receiver. It is mounted in a nicely figured, checkered, 1-pc Mannlicher stock with small cheek piece and serrated steel buttplate with trap. It has dbl set triggers and sling loops. The trigger bow is engraved “A1441”. CONDITION: Bbl and receiver retain about 80% original blue with a thin area on the top of the bbl. Floorplate retains thin original blue and the trigger guard and buttplate are a gray metal color with very fine pitting. Stock is sound with a grain check at the butt and retains most of an old refinish. Bright shiny bore. 4-50257 JR199 (750-1,250)
