DAUM CAMEO CENTER BOWL.

DAUM CAMEO CENTER BOWL. One of the most fantastic Daum pieces we have ever seen. Bowl is decorated with cameo fish with red and white scales and green wheel carved fins, three of the fish are all red and white. Bowl is also decorated with a wheel carved frog and green cattail leaves. Backside of bowl has acid carved lily pads and cattails with a wheel carved white water lily. Above the cattails is an acid carved dragonfly. All of this against an acid textured and frosted background. Bowl is mounted with beautifully detailed silver foot, handles and rim. Marked on the underside with engraved “Daum Nancy”. SIZE: 19” w x 7-1/2” to top of handle. CONDITION: Unfortunately the bowl has a crack running across the center. The crack is tight and there is no missing glass. Otherwise it is truly a magnificent work of art! 5-63991 (6,000-8,000)
