VICTORIAN APPLIED VASE.

VICTORIAN APPLIED VASE. Very pretty Victorian vase attributed to Stevens & Williams has white body with slightly flaring neck leading to a beautifully ruffled rim. Inside of the vase is cased with pink glass and the vase is decorated with amber and red applied decoration of oak leaves, acorns and branch. Vase is finished with an applied amber glass foot and amber glass lip on the rim. SIZE: 10-1/2″ t. PROVENANCE: From a private Virginia collection. CONDITION: Tight hairline on the side of the body, most likely caused in the making and chip to tip of applied oak branch. 5-60349 (50-100)
