SCHOENHUT TEDDY ROOSEVELT SAFARI GORILLA. In the earlier collecting days the gorilla was one of the most sought after and prized pieces of any Schoenhut collection. One of a few animals only produced with painted eyes, this fellow has quite an expressive and highly detailed facial features. Utilized both in the Safari as well as the circus, this is perhaps one of Schoenhut’s greatest animals that he ever produced. SIZE: Approx. 7-1/2″ h.
