**M2 SELECT FIRE CARBINE ON RIA, INC. REGISTERED RECEIVER (FULLY TRANSFERABLE). SN 4139401. Cal. 30 carbine. 18″ bbl. M2 carbine mfg by RIA, Inc. on US Postal Meter rcvr. Accessories include two clip on muzzle recoil checks, five spare 30 rnd mags in cloth pouch, US .30 cal cleaning kit in case, standard carbine carrying case and rare, new condition, M1 carbine belt holster. Firing mechanism operates smoothly by hand, mags fit properly in well. IBM Corp. marked bbl, without any ordnance markings. With rotating type safety. Semi-full/auto selector switch is crisp and firm. PROVENANCE: Alan Brown Collection. CONDITION: Overall finish and appearance is excellent on all metal parts.Bbl is shiny and bright. Slight brassing on outer end of charging handle, only. Buttstock metal has some significant wear to the finish and some slight corrosion.
