SMITH & WESSON 1ST MODEL LADYSMITH DA REVOLVER. Cal. 22 LR. SN 374. Nickel finish with 3-1/2″ rnd bbl, integral half moon front sight, with rear sight groove on top of the frame. The opening lever, a knurled round knob, is on the side of the frame and the ejector rod is similar to a Colt. It has rnd butt with fine 2-pc pearl grips. Accompanied by an old mail order brown leather flap holster with light rolled decorations. CONDITION: Fine to very fine. Retains 90-92% strong bright orig nickel, with some losses on the crane and in the cylinder flutes. There are a couple of spots of flaking also on the frame. Mechanics are fine, strong bright bore with some scattered pitting. Grips show lots of fire and are fine. Holster is fine. From the Collection of Arthur Jackson. 4-54412 JR114 (600-1,000)
