SATIN GLASS HANDLED VASE. Exceptional Victorian vase is done in raspberry satin glass with a herringbone pattern and overall threading. The vase is finished with two applied frosted leaf and stem handles and is cased on the interior in white. This exact vase is pictured in the book 19th Century Glass by Albert Christian Revi, opposite pg. 22 in the top photograph as well as in Ruth Webb Lee’s 19th Century Art Glass, plate #20. Our consignor purchased this vase directly from Mr. Revi. SIZE: 7″ t. CONDITION: Very good with tiny bruise on underside of foot. 5-60044 (1,000-1,500)
