ALL ORIGINAL BIRD OF PARADISE WATLING ROL-A-TOP SLOT MACHINE. Attractive, desirable, and rare are a few of the words to describe this machine from the 1930s. Typically a player is drawn to a machine by the visual appearance. This particular machine has a horn of plenty with an abundance of fruits flowing out onto the upper front casting. The lower casting consisting of a twin jackpot with a spread winged eagle and various gold coins dangling from his wingtips. All too often, these machines have been refinished. This particular example is in outstanding all-original condition, and as time marches on, all-original machines such as this one become a true rarity. Yellow top casting paint, gold flashing to highlights, and blue paint on lower casting, along with the early style cabinet, flat handle, original back door, reel strips, and cash box makes for a once in a lifetime opportunity. Machine is fine working order, and other than a replacement lock on back door, is a true treasure for a collector. SIZE: 16″ w x 16″ d x 23″ h.
