LOT OF 2 THIRD MODEL RUSSIAN REVOLVERS. Cal. 44 Russian. 1) Ludwig Loewe copy of S&W, 6-1/2” bbl, Cyrillic address. Serial number removed from the rib, with smooth 2-pc walnut grips and a lanyard loop in the butt. SN 96655. CONDITION: Poor re-nickel over heavy pitting, marked under the left grip “R-N” in a rectangle, strong bright bore with pitting, good mechanics. 2) Nickel finish, 6-/12” “reissue” bbl, 2-pc smooth walnut grips. SN 3505. CONDITION: Fair. 15-20 loose nickel remains with the balance very dark patina and fine pitting, grips are cracked and worn.
