SMITH & WESSON #3 RUSSIAN 3RD MODEL REVOLVER. Cal. 44 Russian. Blue finish, 6-1/2” keyhole ribbed bbl, integral front sight, Cyrillic address with date 1895 and two Russian inspector marks on the top rib, one of which is “HK”. The same mark appears at the left rear of the frame and there are Cyrillic markings on the butt. Fitted with smooth 2-pc walnut grips and a lanyard loop in the butt. Left side of the grip frame under the grip is stamped “362” and “13” on the right side. The back of the cylinder has two other Russian proofs. SN 30016. CONDITION: Good. As refinished with heavy pitting on the bbl and frame. Top strap is cracked just in front of the latch slot. Grips show much wear with a stress fracture on the left side.
