NEW ENGLAND FEDERAL CHERRY ONE-DRAWER STAND. Circa 1800. Thin square top above the conforming frieze fitted with single drawer, raised on four square tapering legs. SIZE: 27-1/2″ h. Top: 16″ sq. PROVENANCE: From an East Sangerville, Maine private collection. Acquired from Robert Hall, Dover-Foxcroft, Maine in the 1950/60’s by the present owner’s parents. CONDITION: Has been stripped and repolished, with restoration and repairs to legs at apron; replaced early brass handle. 9-94946 (200-400)
