CONTE & BOEHM CHINA DOLL. 1860’s porcelain shoulder head with elaborate hair pulled away from the face with high curls on front and both sides and pulled into a big bun in the back held by a snood. She is mounted on an old cloth body with leather forearms and has been well re-costumed in a two piece pale blue linen dress with gray trim. SIZE: 15″ (39cm). CONDITION: Very good with two small pit marks on shoulder, a few minor color rubs to hair. 1-8294 RS (800-1,200)
