*WINCHESTER MODEL 71 DELUXE RIFLE. Cal. 348. Long tang version with 24″ tapered round bbl, ramp front sight with hood, slot blank in the rear dovetail and bolt peep sight, missing the aperture. The wood is modestly figured with checkered beavertail forearm and pistol grip stock, checkered steel buttplate and Deluxe sling swivels and original style sling. SN 10377. CONDITION: Very good, plus. Bbl and magazine tube retain 95-97% strong original blue, the receiver retains about 90% flaked original blue. Wood retains about 95% original varnish and the stock has a crack at the toe through the bottom buttplate screw hole. Bright shiny bore. 4-46541 JR145 (1,000-1,500)
