WINCHESTER MODEL 1887 LEVER ACTION SHOTGUN. Cal. 12ga. Standard grade shotgun, 30″ plain bbl and case hardened receiver with uncheckered wood and smooth steel buttplate. SN 1755. CONDITION: About very good. The bbl and magazine tube have been cleaned with coarse steel wool or sandpaper leaving 15-20% thin original blue. Receiver has mottled silvered case colors and patina with some spots of light pitting. Wood is sound and also has been lightly cleaned with traces of original finish. Dark pitted bore and the buttplate has been stippled. 4-46922 JR2 (700-1,200)
