SN 33542. Cal. 12 ga. 28-1/4″ Fluid Steel bbls. 2-3/4″ chambers. Matted tapered top rib with steel front bead. Chokes are IMP MOD/IMP MOD. Dbl triggers, auto ejectors, auto safety. Scalloped action. Buttstock checkered in 4-point pattern with engraved steel grip cap, cheekpiece on right side, silver rectangle near toe and 14-3/8″ LOP over line checkered butt. Splinter forearm checkered in elongated 2-point pattern with engraved Deeley release. Action is near full coverage engraved with two pheasants in field scene on left, rabbit on bottom, and ducks in marsh scene on right, surrounded by oak leaf floral pattern engraving. Trigger guard with oak leaf pattern on bow and top lever with same. Fences are stippled. WEIGHT: 6lbs. 7oz. CONDITION: Good, as completely refurbished. Bbls retain approx 85-90% of a restored blued finish. Action has been cyanide case hardened and retains approx 95% of that restored finish, engraving somewhat thinned. Buttstock and forearm have been lightly sanded and retain most of an older restored finish with subsequent handling marks and minor hunting bumps. Bores are fair with scattered pitting.
