SN 11877. Cal. .38CF Standard medium frame New Line revolver w/2-1/4″ barrel, nickel plated, varnished wood stocks on bird’s head grip. Two line barrel address and etched panel “COLT NEW 38”. Recent London proof marks. CONDITION: Revolver remains in fine to excellent original condition showing about 98% original nickel, frosty etched panel with minor scratches, slight handling marks; fine to excellent grips show 95%-98% varnish, slight edge wear and minor scratches; screws and small parts show most of their original bright fire blue, back of hammer is very shiny, action is crisp, bore is excellent. 53180-1 JWD (2,000-3,000) – Lot 3027
