**NEAR MINT WEST HURLEY MODEL 1928 MACHINE GUN (FULLY TRANSFERABLE).

SN 2533A. Cal. .45ACP. 12-1/2″ bbl. Very fine example of the West Hurley manufactured Thompson, with Thompson bullet logo at top of Cutts compensator and forward of adjustable rear sight. Typical Auto-Ordnance West Hurley address on right side of receiver with model, SN, and cal markings on left side of receiver. One 30 rnd mag included. Incoming E-File Form 3 indicates Quality Fabrications Inc. as the manufacturer. Popular and iconic vertical forend with detachable wood buttstock make this an instantly recognizable iconic American classic. This is a National Firearms Act item and requires BATF approval prior to transfer. This weapon is fully transferable on an ATF form 3 or form 4. CONDITION: Overall appearance and finish is exceedingly fine near mint, orig deep lustrous blue finish on all metal parts with some slight loss of finish at the edges of the upper and lower receiver which probably occurred during disassembly for cleaning. Bolt exhibits a somewhat gray patina. Mechanics are crisp. Brilliant bright shiny bore with exceedingly clean chamber. Wooden furnishings show only the slightest handling marks.
