CHICAGO FIREARMS COMPANY PROTECTOR PALM PISTOL.SN 12020. Cal. 32 RF. 1-9/16″ bbl, full nickel finish, Mother-of-pearl sidepanels, gutta percha trigger pad. Left side disc is marked “CHICAGO FIREARMS CO. CHICAGO. I.”. Right side disc is marked “THE PROTECTOR PAT. MCH. 6. 83. AUG. 29. 93”. SN appears on inside of both sideplates and on breechblock. “H” is stamped under SN on right side plate. Frame shows some light decoration around mid-point of bbl and around right sideplate. PROVENANCE: The spectacular collections of Ray Bentley featuring the finest and rarest deluxe antique Winchesters in the world. CONDITION: Very fine. Pistol retains 99% orig nickel finish. Chambers are clean. Bore is bright with sharp rifling. Pistol appears unfired. Pearl panels are intact. Markings are sharp. Trigger pad is intact. Mechanics are crisp.
